Delivery and Returns
Local Orders Delivery.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) in “Cash on Delivery” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will only ship the available article (s) and if the item(s) in “Credit Card” order are out of stock in our warehouse, then we will take your advice for the replacement product (s). You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 2- 4 business days via TCS. – Please do not accept the shipment (s) in any flyer other than ZARSAH or TCS.
Return & Exchange
Product (s) can be exchanged from our regular store within the 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect. Contact our customer service centre by emailing us images of defected product at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +92-320-2116090 within 7 days of purchase. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product.
